Harlem, as you might assume, follows the same weather patters of much of New York. But without tall giant sky scrapers, the days tend to be sunnier and brighter; and it is not uncommon to have a moon-lit night.
Also due to the lack of large city buildings, the wind speed in Harlem tends to be a bit calmer. All too often downtown, I find myself caught up in a terrible arctic wind tunnel.
